Return Window

We accept most returns within 14 days of delivery or 30 days from the purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrive in a compromised condition. [Damaged, Incorrect, etc.]

 

Initiating a Return

To begin, email support@sqrlvision.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide clear instructions to assist the return process.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

 

Customers in the European Union

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union may be entitled to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure eligibility, items must be returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Items that are returned used, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
